Frank graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a degree in Hotel, Food and Beverage Management. He has more than 30 years in the restaurant business with 25 of them being in direct kitchen management. Frank is a Certified Dietary Manager that has cooked in different cities and states throughout the east coast.
