“Live the Moment. Love the Moment.”
Our team members join the journey that our residents are experiencing by looking at the situation from the resident’s perspective, “entering” their reality and attempt to identify actions that would be appropriate if the situation really existed, as the resident perceives it. A true dedication and commitment to treat our residents as we would want want to be treated – with respect, dignity and worth.
